Starting from March 2019, ACZ Consulting will collaborate with the Ministry of Regional
Development and Public Administration to develop a study identifying the challenges in the use of
electronic services in the Romanian public administration, as well as a comparative study which will
explore the difficulties of developing and using public e-services within nine different EU Member
States. As part of the contract activities, ACZ Consulting experts will also attend the works of the
European Public Administration Network (EUPAN) DG Meeting, which will take place on the 3 rd and
4 th of June 2019, during which the results of the two studies will be presented.
The European Public Administration Network (EUPAN) is an informal network of practitioners from
public administrations across the EU Member States and the States with observer status, whose
main objective is to make cooperation between the represented public administrations more
relevant and more focused.
While holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Romania also holds the EUPAN
Presidency (January-June 2019), facilitating the network’s meetings and works.
